GPA seeks proposals for new Membership Management System and Website

GPA seeks proposals for new Membership Management System and Website

As part of the ongoing process of integration of the Gaelic Players Association and Women’s Gaelic Players Association as one combined players’ body in December 2020, the GPA are taking practical steps to consolidate a number of operational platforms.

As such, the GPA have opened a tender process for two major pieces of work.

Proposals are invited for the creation and delivery of:

  1. New Membership Management System

The GPA is seeking to redefine the processes and procedures of recording membership data and the implementation of a new player development programme pathway to a more innovative and efficient solution. The new system should provide comprehensive realtime data and profiling of each member to allow for player service delivery and to inform policy and programme development in line with the overall organisational strategy.

The system should provide the supporting infrastructure to the delivery of the Player Development Programme pathway model across the membership life cycle from Rookie (new members) to retirement. The design of programmes will be based around the core pillars of inter-county players lives; physical, psychological, personal and professional.

The GPA is inviting prospective vendors to design, develop implement and support a new member management system to enable the management and delivery of programmes and services to its membership population

  1. New GPA Website

The GPA is seeking to deliver an integrated website that will help the Association effectively communicate with our 4,000 strong membership and also keep other stakeholders including Gaelic games supporters informed of our ongoing work on behalf of players under the pillars of Representation, Development and Welfare.

The website should be user friendly, designed to deliver optimal navigation and allow for the straight forward updating of information on a day-to-day basis by the GPA in-house team.

The GPA is inviting prospective vendors to design, develop, build and support the new website to meet the needs of the integrated Association.
